My life Story

Hey guys welcome back!
This week I will be sharing with you all the milestones of my past, and my hopes and predications of the future.
I was born in Frankfort, Kentucky where I spent almost three years of my life thriving as a child.  I always had an optimistic attitude towards life, although I had been diagnosed with severe eczema.  Every night I would have socks on my hands and feet to prevent myself from tearing my skin up.  This eventually faded away as I got older which was a huge feat.  At the astounding age of one I had spoken my first word "ball" and continued to form sentences from there.  However, I started walking late, around the time I was sixteen months.  my family then moved down to Amarillo where I was put into a catholic school to start elementary. Eventually we made our way to Houston, Texas because of my dads job.  I then went to cornerstone elementary and proceeded to go to Sartartia middle school.  Soon after that I made the switch to Dulles up until now!  

I will graduate high school in the year of 2020 and attend either A&M university, Marquette university, or university of Houston. As I grow older I'm leaning closer and closer to becoming a pharmacist, and follow my moms footsteps. I plan to get married around the age of 26, depending on the circumstances, to a beautiful wife.  Following the marriage I am hoping to have three to four kids and live a happy life with my family.  I then will retire at the age of 65 and spend my remaining time with my grandchildren and maybe see a few places around the world before I finally die at the age of 93.

Dear AP psych Student...

Hey guys, Sadly this will be my last blog for now.  This year, AP psychology was very productive yet entertaining. Sitting in class listening to Ms. Halfen lecture turned out to be very intriguing, it makes you sit back and think about how you function in everyday life. There isn't many things I would change, but if I had to maybe more hands on activities such as the orange experiment.  My advice to the future students of psychology is to START the vocab early, I can't stress that enough. Also the extra credit such as the quizlet live and the mind map can come in very handy.  My favorite project this year was the soundtrack of emotions because finding songs that match the moods was very fun.  I think you should leave out the content digs because they are very stressful although I know they serve an important purpose.  Thank you for teaching us as a class and I hope you can continue to inspire kids like you did to me.

How good is your memory?

I am usually told that my memory is definitely on the lower end of the spectrum, of which I do not object.  Ever since I was a kid my ,long term memory especially, has been inferior to the other kids.  this week I took a couple memory test to establish if my memory really is what people perceive it too be. Test #1: This test consisted of memorizing a couple words and then you must recall them right after viewing them.  I did well on this test which I wasn't too surprised because the test was rather easy although I did not get a one hundred.  I do not feel like this test was very valid because it says glance at the words briefly, and some people could've done better than other simply because of the amount of time they spent looking at the words Test #2: During this one I wasn't quite sure if the website was registering my response to the pictures, which I think may have altered my results, but I did relatively well with the score of eighty eight percent.  Thi...

Personality Tests

Welcome back! This week I will take a series of tests that will determine my personality type. I generally don't think that these tests are accurate but we'll see how this one goes. The first test I took was the Jung personality test.  It stated I classifies as an ENTJ which stands for  Extraverted Intuitive Thinking Judging.  This means that I apparently don't stress over simple things that a typical human being would.  For example if someone prefers to sit next to the window seat, i would let them have it. Simple things like that is what defines the ENTJ.  Although this is what i got on my test, I don't completely agree because little things like that bother me which is why I am not a ENTJ. The next test i took was called the hopeless romantic test.  This was meant to show me if i am looking for a relationship, and if I was going to find one that is long lasting.
